Wild Rose Liqueur
This shimmering floral liqueur is inspired by the glorious summer roses of South Australia. First you’ll experience the aroma of fresh rose petals, foraged while in full bloom from organically grown roses in the gardens of friends and family.
The petals, steeped in pure double distilled grape spirit, are then barrel aged in French Oak. The slightly toasted oak influence adds flavours of shortbread and honey that grounds the heady perfume of the roses and produces a liqueur that tastes like fresh artisanal Turkish Delight.
It’s wonderful to sip after a meal or added to cocktails to create a rose flavour profile. It is also lovely used in desserts and cakes.
We’ve hand blended, hand pumped, labeled, bottled and waxed in a seasonal limited release.
Important note: Our beautiful all-natural, Wild Rose Liqueur must be stored in a cool location and kept refrigerated (between 0-4 degrees) once opened.
