Imagine sitting on a terrace, orange trees heavy with fruit, drenched in the warmth of the sun, as you enjoy our Chinotto (Italian Cola) flavours of this gin, drawn from the citrus, botanicals and cherries of summer.
It is beautifully complex, deep and layered. You’ll taste fresh lush Riverland Blood Oranges, Ruby Grapefruit and Oranges that are supported by cinnamon, star anise and nutmeg. Other botanicals include rosemary, thyme and dark summer cherries gathered in the Adelaide Hills.
In distillation, the gin pot is filled with citrus, dark cherries and spices. Botanicals are added into the vapour basket to build the savoury flavours that compliment the rich citrus and cherry notes that are signatures of chinotto.
