With a premium McLaren Vale Shiraz as its base, our Rosso Vermouth has been created with locally grown fruit, herbs and spices to fully reflect the land around us. It’s bold and rich - using more wintery, layered spices - and finishes slightly sweet with the addition of poached quinces.

Using a carefully curated selection of 20 Botanicals this bold rich, slightly sweet red Vermouth was created for weightier Negroni’s or as a late night digestive. The selection of botanicals include Wormwood, Bay Leaves, Rosemary and Lavender as well as cinnamon, ginger, clove and baked quince. All 20 Botanicals are macerated in McLaren Vale premium shiraz, then fortified to strengthen the Vermouth and compliment a richer style Negroni or neat over ice after dinner.
