Chinotto Gin Liqueur

Our Chinotto Gin Liqueur is an ode to the timeless, bittersweet Italian beverage ‘Chinotto’, crafted locally with gorgeous, ripe ingredients from the 35th parallel. With the last of our bespoke limited release Chinotto Gin providing a spicy, rich foundation, roasted local Chinotto citrus and smoked cinnamon, nutmeg and clove suggests long Italian summers, while foraged rosemary and bay leaf grounds us in the Adelaide Hills. 

Serve up in a spritz with soda and fresh blood orange, or over vanilla bean ice cream for a late night treat.
