Nut liqueurs are a part of European folklore. This new limited edition release from Full Circle Spirits is crafted using local green walnuts from a very old, abandoned Walnut grove in the Adelaide Hills.
Cockatoos were nipping the stems and the green walnuts were hitting the ground, long before they were ripe. Terrible for walnuts, perfect for making a Green Walnut Liqueur.
