Summer Berry Liqueur

This new limited edition release from Full Circle Spirits is crafted using local Adelaide Hills Raspberries, Strawberries and Cherries.

Sourced directly from the farmers, Rose macerated the summer fruits in neutral grape spirit for 2 months to bring out a real depth of flavour. The final stage before bottling was to strain off the summer fruits before liqueuring the spirit to create a soft, mouth filling, summery liqueur. This liqueur celebrates the ripe, bright, flavourful strawberries and raspberries of the region and is supported by the richer cherries for a black forest cake depth of flavour and palate weight.

Tasting Notes:

From the glass float sweet summer fruit aromas - strawberries, raspberries and cherries. It’s a rich and mouth-filling summer liqueur, perfect for a summer spritz, after dinner liqueur or added to bring a special factor to your favourite cocktail. 

Signature Serves:

Spritz: Serve up in a spritz with soda and fresh berries for garnish.

After Dinner Liqueur: Pour 50mL over good ice, or over quality vanilla bean ice cream for a late night treat.
